THE NEW KAWASAKI DASH 2 LOADERS

Ask users what they like about Kawasaki Loaders, the first thing they make mention of is the Power! That’s what they say 25 years ago and that’s what they say today. On the new Kawasaki Dash 2 Loaders much more Power have been added. It’s far away the most performing Loaders that Kawasaki has commercialized. Whit the new Cummins Tiers-III Engine, the maximum torque have been increased from 9 to 14% which provide a significant increase of Power. The operator will be able to deal with incline, to dig and push more, and make a lot more tasks better, thanks to the new improved torque.

Maybe you wish to reduce your exploitation cost? That’s all people ask! With the new Cummins Engine, the oil change interval pass from 250 to 500 hours, and with the actual fuel cost all saving on oil products is salutary.

New Kawasaki Dash 2 Loader characteristics

With the Kawasaki Dash 2 Loaders, Kawasaki introduce new features to customize Loader and bring back characteristics and functions often requested:

-IMS System (Idle Management System) : To command speed engine reduction from several hundred turns by minute in order to reduce the fuel consumption when the Loader work in slow motion for several minutes.

-ELS System (Efficient Loading System): To reduce fuel consumption thanks to the hydraulic pump reduction request on excavation operations.

-Power Mode Switch: Let the Kawasaki Loader operator select the power level according the needs required by each task.

-MODM System (Machine Operation Diagnostic Module): For the diagnostic operations, the central control provides a follow-up on many major operational parameters via LED display (Liquid crystal) located in the Kawasaki Loader cabin.

-K-LINK II System: To transmit the Kawasaki Loader diagnostic operation data to satellite.

The operator comfort has not been forgotten. Kawasaki restart the conception from scratch in order to built a cabin really adapted to the operator needs: better soundproofing, more space for the legs and A/C are now standard. To increase productivity and efficiency, Kawasaki adds more functions that allow Kawasaki Loader operator to make required adjustment from the cabin.

Why buy a Kawasaki Loader? Unlike other Construction Equipment makers who disperse them self on many products, Kawasaki concentrate on only one: Wheel Loaders!
